The founder/owner of the Wakon brand name, Marlene Ross of Darrington Washington gave us permission to use the Wakon brand name together with our farm name in honor of her hard work and dedication in horse breeding selection genetics that came to be the Wakon horse as they are so well known and desired; to use the Wakon brand within the registered name for foals born of our Wakon x Wakon horses.
Yes, All of our Wakon horses have been tested 5 panel negative.

BLACK BASED FOALS FROM YOUR WAKON STALLION SNOW LEOPARD AND HIS MARES?

Yes.  Our Appaloosa Wakon mares tested by Animal Genetics are all homozyous for black.  EE. and aa (no agouti influence).  With the exception of our beauty, Wakons Wallowa Snow. Wallowa is EE, Aa with one copy of agouti gene Aa. She will produce foals black based, with 50% chance of a bay (Aa) foal.
Snow Leopard black based Ee x EE homozygous black based mare will always produce black based foal crop.
